Refund & Cancellation Policy

The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Society” individually and collectively refer to Vertex Kalyan Cooperative (U) Thrift & Credit Society Ltd. and the terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any services availed through our website https://vertexsociety.com, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to our customer support team at care@vertexsociety.com .

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service request at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Service availability
  • Errors in the description or pricing of the service
  • Errors in your order
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the service could not be delivered due to technical issues from our end
  • If the payment was made in duplicate due to technical error
  • If the service could not be delivered within the promised timeframe

Non-Eligibility for Refund

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has already been delivered
  • If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment
  • If the service could not be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you

Refund Process

Refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team at care@vertexsociety.com within 2 days of the payment date. The request should include:

  • Your membership details
  • Transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID)
  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
